If notification emails from LumaTax aren't arriving to your email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check your spam folder.
- Check your email filters for lumatax.com emails
- Add @lumatax.com and @notifications.lumatax.com to your safe sender list. If you're unsure of how to do this, please contact your IT department to check whether these domains have been blocked by firewalls.
- Save firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com as safe senders in your email contact list.
